
RUDY began in the spring of 2016 in the heart of Toronto's Little Italy. Opened by childhood friends Luke and Chris with a plan to make great cheeseburgers the old fashioned way. RUDY now has a dozen locations throughout Toronto and across Ontario.
To this day we offer the same small menu we always have. We stick to the classics; griddled cheeseburgers, pickle-brined fried chicken, fries cooked in beef tallow, poutine made with authentic cheese curds, brownies made with Ghirardelli chocolate, and hand-spun shakes. We make our homemade pickle chips on a scale like no one else, and our beef is a special blend that we grind in-house daily.
